This One Boy for MOSAIC Strict

His name is Sila. If you're his owner, he's a mixed breed you bought from a kid in a resettlement camp, and he's the best friend you've ever had. He's a checklist NPC compatible with whatever ttrpg you may be playing. If your character is his owner, he'll do the things on his checklist when the right time comes in play.

He's also my 11th *!* subsystem for MOSAIC Strict.
