They're NPCs played by your gamemaster. Everyone calls them The Unblind Sisters. They know the future with clarity we lack. No one can tell them apart. But if you meet one, and if she's drawn to you, she might ask, "What desire do you have for your future? I can tell you how to make it yours. Or if you prefer, I can tell you how to prevent the ruin of what you already have?" 

So then, make your choice. Tell her what you desire, and she will tell you the actions to take to get it. Or ask her how to prevent the loss of what you have, and she will tell you what to do.

Simple?
